Micro-Spectrophotometer LT-MS401 are utilized to test purified nucleic acid and protein. It can measure sample volume of 0.5 to 2ul which is accurate and repeatable. Equipped with cuvette slot to measure diluted sample in cuvette. Provided with 7-inch colored touch screen with multi touch. It does not need to be connected to computer and completes sample detection and data storage with a single machine. It is driven by high precision linear motors. Accuracy of optical path is 0.001 mm and repeatability of absorbance detection is high. Features xenon flash lamp with a life time of 109 cycles. USB data output mode is convenient for exporting data for corresponding analysis.
