Real Time PCR System LT-RPS401

Real Time PCR System LT-RPS401 is a quantitative fluorescence PCR system. Features rapid heating and cooling with a maximum heating rate of 6.1°C/s and a maximum cooling rate of 5.0°C/s with a temperature uniformity of ±0.1°C. Equipped with large 10.4-inch LCD color touch screen. It can operate independently from computer and store over 1000 experimental data. Detection of 96 wells of all channels completed within 7s. It is controlled by a PID and DSP control algorithm which provide fast faster response, uniform heating and heat sinking. Interface allow simple touch screen assay setup.
